Röd färg. Örtig, jordig, foxy doft med inslag av mässing, järn, kåda, mjölkchoklad, kalk och parfym. Typisk, svart, örtig, bränd, lite oren smak med inslag av blåbär, gummi, lakrits och örter. Ett enkelt, kartig vin i svår, ursprungstypisk stil. Inte gott.

Mer info om årgången: The vintage is done by hand. The grapes are taken to the cellar in boxes of 20 kilos, where a selection of the best grapes is made. The grapes are taken off the twigs and macerate for 15 days. Afterwards they ferment in barrels for three to four months. After this period of time the wine is clarified and stabilised by cold temperature and then finally filtered in order to be bottled. Total Acidity 5,5 g tart. Rest. Sugar 2 g./l.
